Be rude, I'm ignoring you anyways.
1. The Devil knows more from being old than from being the Devil - Mexican Proverb.
2. I think I'm becoming a bit of a film snob because nothing that's available at the big box movie houses captures my attention. This is mildly disappointing because I spent many summers as a kid in the movie theatre. Not some old world building filled with charm, closer to an old suburb special with so so carpet and a cold AC. Those were good times though.
3. I was only thinking of a book and you mentioned a whole publishing house. I like that.
4. It's such a waste of potential when I encounter a young mind hell bend on dramatic social change that refuses to engage the text of well known theorists. You will not come to an understanding significant enough to carry you through the dirty work of existing in opposition to a larger system if you fail to study critically.  You're constant need to voice an opinion makes it known that you have much still to learn.
5. I could use a proverbial kick in the ass but the shoe that I'd normally employ is attached to a foot that I haven't heard from in awhile. Which means I'll be overcoming this moment of motivational deficiency on my own.
6. I need to purge my iPod. Between the duplicate songs and some overall quality issues, I may be able to free up 5gb. It's not a whole lot but it's a start.
7. I rememberd my leather bracelet was still on after I was in the shower for 5 minutes yesterday. It's been reduced to a leather strap on my keys.
8. "Keep your hands out of that umbrella can. There's much more than umbrellas in there. I don't care it's raining hard enough to make the Morton Salt girl nervous, don't touch the that can" an excerpt from a conversation between my brother and I regarding parenting and extent to which one will consider going to protect family.
9. If asked, I will always relay the truth as I know it regarding the situation. However, it remains your the responsibility to request it.
10. I recall several years ago making a new years resolution to be more upfront and honest. It's the only one I've ever kept. The joy of speaking my mind in the moment is that even if I don't recall everything I say to the letter, if resonates as coming from my stream of consciousness, then I probably said it.
11. There will always be something remarkably appealing about a woman who takes her coffee consumption seriously. This is completely different from an addiction to Starbucks, which means that you're hooked on processed sugars. It probably had a lot to do with growing up in a port city that is home to several coffee roasters.
