Really Big Shrimp

1. I really wish I would have learned to enjoy the moment for what is a lot earlier on. I would've saved myself much confusion & disappointment. 2. 1. I could potentially make a small fortune at country festivals, just by infusing them with a little culinary variety. No Cordon Blue action, just something a bit more exciting than greasy corn dogs & roasted turkey legs. 2. There's a point where you realize that you're behind the curve a bit, out of the loop so to say. There are several possible approaches: attempt to catch up sans a sense of urgency, plan & execute some extreme information overload, or remain in the dark. 3. The journey (process) is more important than the destination (final result). 4. It's funny no matter how old you are, whenever a new exchange is developing there are always late night calls. 5.
