1. I could potentially make a small fortune at country festivals, just by infusing them with a little culinary variety. No Cordon Blue action, just something a bit more exciting than greasy corn dogs & roasted turkey legs. 2. There's a point where you realize that you're behind the curve a bit, out of the loop so to say. There are several possible approaches: attempt to catch up sans a sense of urgency, plan & execute some extreme information overload, or remain in the dark. 3.
