1. I'm glad to know my readership is growing!! Much love to all five of you !!
2. I've resigned myself to just ignore it. The more I examine it, the more my optimism diminishes. The last thing I'm interested in is becoming jaded this early in the experience. That being said, I'd still appreciate a win (what that constitutes, I'm not sure)
3. The best part of waking up is not Foldgers, it's Starbucks.
4. It would nice if it would get cold & stay cold for a couple of months. Wearing a sweater one day and shorts the next is fastest way to get sick
5. I was looking at a photograph, amazed at how I favor you...

The decision is made seemingly at random and you are only given a preview of the selection criteria after its been determined that you don't are the victor. I'd venture to say theres no point in competing but in that approach you're ignored further.
7. If I turn it off, my concern is that I'll destroy the switch and be unable to turn it back on.
8. It is good to hear you perspective again. I haven't always agreed with it but I appreciate your directness...
9. I'll be interview people with active imaginations to further understand the life of J.T. I'm sure they'll provide me with wonderful insights and I hope to build an enjoyable biographic from it.
10. I've often been admonished to not despise the day of small beginnings. So I won't.
11. No matter how advantegeous I think it would be, I don't think I'll ever be able to deny certain parts of my personality. There are days when I'd love to step outside & operate as my evil twin. It works for a few hours, occasionaly a day or two, but ultimately I revert back to my better half. I suppose this is a good thing but for once I'd like to keep going for a week just to see if it really is better to be the bad guy...
12. Feel free to share your thoughts on any or all post. I look forward to reading what you have to say
13. I've had some interesting conversations of the past few days about President Elect Obama. Mainly sentiments of joy and sense of relief, that attitudes towards race/ethnicity in this are shifting towards a more humanistic understanding. His campaign was never about race, so why are soo many of his supporters attempting to cast his victory in that light? His ethnic background didn't alone garner him the support of so many people, his approach and his vision as manifested in his desire to shape policy, both foriegn and domestic, is whats rallied so many people behind him. I'm not denying or questioning his background but there is soo much more to this historic moment than race/ethincity. Lets hope the marriage is as thrilling as the courtship...
